Who doesn’t love the fishies? I love the fishies! So I was super happy when Kelsey & Bryce wanted them fishies in their engagement session Bonus points for also bringing the jelly fish to the party. It’s always a pleasure to go wandering about San Francisco… but when Ben and Melissa agreed to face the rain, I got excited. I know, I know… you’d think, duck! But no – with rain comes incredible, dramatic skies, and unlimited potential for creative shots. It was incredible fun to get rained on, and our daredevil attitude had a huge payoff: one of the most jaw-dropping sunsets I’ve EVER experienced. And here we are…

We were super excited to photograph Tina & Tiny’s wedding, first of all because it’s Tina & Tiny, but also because we got to return to the Los Altos History Museum, which is a gorgeous wedding location! The Los Altos History Museum has a ranch feeling and every time I return, I see a whole new different angle I’d never seen before. So, without further ado… enjoy!

I’ve done engagements with World War II planes and vintage Mustangs… but I have to say, it was quite the experience to walk into a huge Shelby collector’s back room and come face to face with a Lamborghini Murcielago (swoon!) and a series (a series!!) of Shelby cars. So when we got to select which Shelby we’d use for the engagement (what? choice?!), I have to admit I blushed and pointed at the 50th anniversary Shelby. Its classic beauty is nothing less than breathtaking, but it couldn’t outshine Linh and Jerome’s equally impressive beauty. You’d think they’re models – but no, they’re a super vibrant couple who braved the Napa rain to produce some of the most amazing engagement photographs I’ve ever created!

So thank you Linh and Jerome… and I can’t wait for the wedding day!
